At Timurbay Seafront Residence, we strive to provide flexibility and understanding regarding cancellations. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. General Cancellation Terms
Guests may cancel their reservations up to a week before the scheduled check-in date without incurring any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than a week before check-in will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
2. Non-Refundable Reservations
Certain promotional rates or special offers may be non-refundable at the time of booking. These terms will be clearly indicated during the reservation process.
3. No-Show Policy
A no-show on the scheduled check-in date will result in the forfeiture of the entire reservation amount.
4. How to Cancel
Cancellations can be made by contacting us directly at info@timurbayresidence.com. Please provide your reservation details, including the reservation confirmation number, when making your cancellation.
5. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies may arise. If you have a unique circumstance that necessitates a cancellation, please reach out to us; we may be able to accommodate your needs on a case-by-case basis.
