Terms and Conditions for Timurbay Seafront Residence

Welcome to Timurbay Seafront Residence (“us”, “we”, or “our”), located in Kuantan, Pahang. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including reservations, accommodations, and other amenities. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Reservations
- All reservations must be made through our official website or authorized booking platforms.
- A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
- Reservations are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the terms of your reservation.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other payment platforms as specified.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy, which will be provided at the time of booking.

- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures unless otherwise specified in the cancellation policy.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time is 3.00 PM, and check-out time is 12.00PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the rented unit and its contents.
- No parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated on the premises.
- Any damages caused by guests will result in additional charges and may be deducted from the payment method provided.
7. Property Rules
- Smoking is not allowed in designated areas only.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.
8. Liability
- Timurbay Seafront Residence is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests’ personal property while on the premises.
- We are not responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur during your stay.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
